The Ita Thau Lakeside Trail, a 2.4-kilometer long path, features many native tree ferns along its slopes. The interplay between this primal scenery and the UFO-like cable car station ahead creates a fusion of the natural and the modern, further highlighting the diverse beauty of Sun Moon Lake.

The Sun Moon Lake Bike Path, approximately 6.4 kilometers long, is built over the water, skirting homes and businesses, earning it the nickname “Water Bike Path.”
To ensure safe and accessible recreational access, two dedicated bicycle and pedestrian bridges, “Eternal Knot” and “Concentric,” were constructed. These bridges feature white piers and wooden walkways. The curved bridges spanning the ravine are designed for smooth riding. This area is a new hotspot for wedding photography, with the white piers, artificial beaches, and flower beds lining the lake creating a romantic scene.
